5. Your Account with us

MarieSue Lingerie has the right to terminate any account and reserve the right to refuse admission to their website.  We can also cancel orders at our own discretion without any notice or charge to you the customer.

6. Our contract with you

When you place an order with MarieSue Lingerie Ltd., you the purchaser are entering into a contract.  Once you have placed the order with MarieSue Lingerie.ie we will then send you an email confirming the details of that order, your order confirms your offer to purchase from us and our Confirmation of Dispatch email accepts this.  Once you receive your email confirming the dispatch of the items (Confirmation of Dispatch email is standard) this then is full acceptance of the contract between the two parties any items that are not in stock and are not confirmed on the confirmation of dispatch email are not considered part of this contract

7. Returns policy

Please make sure you review our returns policy which varies on different products. Members of the European Union are entitled to a seven day statutory returns policy on particular items this does not infringe on your consumer rights.

8. Availability of products

We do our utmost to make sure that the availability of our products is correct on our website we can not however guarantee that errors may not happen. Our dispatch details give estimated time of delivery this is purely an estimated time.  Once we process your order we will email you if any items are unavailable.

9. Pricing

We will do our best to make sure are prices are all correct unfortunately due to human error mistakes can be made.  If our price advertised is lower than should be stated we will send you this product at that price. If however the price is higher than the advertised price we will notify you for your instructions.

10. Customs and Policies

Customs prices and policies vary from different countries so when you make an order with MarieSue Lingerie Ltd., the purchaser is considered the importer and therefore any duties should be collected from the recipient.  Please contact your local customs office for further information on this matter.  Any additional costs will not be bore by MarieSue Lingerie Ltd., We would however like to inform you that cross border deliveries may be subject to opening and as your privacy is important to us we would like to make you aware of this.

MarieSue Lingerie.ie does not sell to under 18 if you are under this age please use this site with the permission of an adult. (Parent or guardian)

12. Communications

When you the purchaser contact us at MarieSue Lingerie you do so electronically and visa versa.  Part of your contract is that you give us permission to contact you electronically and you have agreed this by making an order.

13. Alterations and amendments to these conditions

We reserve the right to make any changes to our website, our policies and these conditions of sale at any time, and you will be subject to these changes at the time you use this website. Unless any of these changes in conditions need to be made by law if any of these changes are invalid and unenforceable that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect any valid remaining condition

14. Event that are beyond our control

We can not be held responsible for events that are beyond our control any delay or failure arises that interferes with our obligation to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

15. Waiver

If you breech any of our conditions and we take no action.  We are still entitled to use our rights and remedy in any other situation where conditions have been breeched.
